Like peering through a psychedelic periscope and drinking in an alternate reality, Centro 86 transforms the basement of 86-88 Pitt St into a monument to maragritas and a temple of tequila. Inspired by the classic cantinas of Mexico and the otherworldly work of Antoni Gaudi, the bar pushes the perception of what a margarita can be.
The 100 strong tequila selection is fuelled by trips to the source in Mexico and includes agave spirits from around the world. We’ve pushed our connections to get our hands on some truly special, rare bottles.

Bar Planet is a martini bar. A great vibrant, alive, weird, delicious martini bar. A bit of organic, low key cocktail theatre for humans and by humans.
Sydney’s home of the aeronautical martini pour, and now The Inner West’s favourite first date spot. Bar Planet is a psychedelic twist on the French bistro bar, evocative, romantic and playful, but make it on shrooms.
The coldest martini in the world, addictive popcorn, and our own spirits made in-house on a seasonal basis, we serve drinks that feel like ‘almost memories’. Something familiar, always surprising. You’ll never leave unsatisfied.

Filling dance floors since 2013, it’s a stalwart of the Oxford Street scene. Sydney’s only late night tropical dancehall.
A nightclub like no other, home to a community of devoted dancers and Hip Hop heads, the monthly programming includes nights that slime between 90s rap, request line heaters and Sydney’s most coveted monthly dance battle comp. It gets hot in here!

Built in 2011, it was the inauthentic ideal of a margarita mansion by two young Sydney bartenders, and 12 years on, has since become Sydney's headquarters for all things agave.
With over 130,000 margaritas sold and counting, the Surry Hills institution continues serving its community all their spiced popcorn, Tecate and tequila needs Wednesday to Sunday. And don't forget the shots with the ‘Green Thing’, a ritual since 2011. Pay your respects.
